My name is Cody Alldredge.  I grew up in Blount County and currently reside in this area. I am an alumnus of Troy University (Bachelor of Science-Athletic Training) and JSU (Master’s of Education- Physical Education).  In 2019, my career path was altered, and I begin teaching/coaching students. Currently, one can find me at Boaz Middle School where I teach STEM labs and career exploration; coaching varsity football and track are also part of my teaching/coaching responsibilities.

My teaching/coaching career, I believe, allows me to build strong and positive relationships with people.  Working in real estate closely follows the same principles as a teacher/coach; connecting with others, serving others, and leading others into making the best and informed decisions are ultimate goals both in the classrooms and playing fields. From a classroom, to game night, to buying/selling a home, commitment, perseverance, and preparation are key factors for success.  I will commit to my client(s) honesty and integrity as we work together to find the best possible real estate solutions.  As each client experience is unique, searching and finding the “perfect” home may take more than one attempt; however, I will persevere through challenges and strive to make my clients both happy and satisfied with their final sell/purchase.  Preparation is vital in accomplishing any goal; getting to know and understand my clients’ needs and desires is one step of the preparation process which allows me to “fine tune” the details as we move forward to accomplish our purpose.
